   I have struggled with finding the right vanity lights on the mirror that originally came with my vanity, and they were all a bust or would only work temporarily.    Ordered this mirror last summer for a bathroom remodel. It took six months for the remodel to get done so the mirror didn’t get opened. Once it did, we found that the product was damaged. Too late to return it, of course. So bought a brand new one out of pocket. This one shows up with what looks like blood smeared behind the glass and it’s impossible to clean. We are now out 500 dollars. There’s no way to just get this item replaced, we have to return which requires me to get this to UPS and we’re about to go out of town for a week and a half. SO BEYOND FRUSTRATED.

   In the process of remodeling my home. One of the most important upgrade for me is the bathroom. I wanted a modern look and this mirror really caught my eyes. After some careful consideration and browsing I decided to go with this particular mirror for my new bathroom. The mirror came very well packaged, thick foam and cardboard encased the exterior. No dents or scratches when I took it out of the box. Included in the box was all the necessary mounting accessories. Installation was a breeze, but definitely would have been easier if another person assisted me. Oh well, story of a single mom. Mirror could be hung vertical or horizontal but I believe it looks much better vertical. The dimmable lights are a very cool feature, I don’t even need my vanity light anymore. Oh yeah, I’m a big fan of long hot showers, and the defrost feature is amazing! I feel so fancy, like I’m in one of those 5 stars hotel in Vegas. 2 weeks in and so far loving the mirror. It gives my bathroom a modern and chic vibe, everyone loves the way it looks. Touch control so far has been very responsive and user friendly. Overall very happy and hopeful that my kids will keep my bathroom clean.
