Update- seller contacted me after my original post and immediately refunded me for the defective mirror. Great customer service. New mirror is on the way.
Bought two of these. The defective one started randomly having power outages about 3 weeks after the purchase. It would cut off completely for a day and randomly turn itself back on. It repeated this cycle for about a month. Initially unplugging and plugging it back in would fix the issue. Now it no longer lights up or has power at all. The other one still works fine.

I installed this mirror for a client. the electrician noticed that the support for the LED strip light was detached from the mirror back. gigamirror.com helped to provide a vendor contact. They need to be more responsive to solve the issue. I would not recommend this product due to the vendor’s poor workmanship and lack of communication.
