   I bought two of these mirrors and installed them both with ease. I just wish it was a quick connect option for hard wiring the mirrors. I cut the cord and wired it direct.

   My child left it on for a few hours. I noticed it try to turn itself off, then back on, then flickering, etc. It seemed to have a seizure and die after a few hours of not knowing what to do. The next day it would flicker intermittently, but the touch icon buttons would do nothing. No light, no heat activation.
   As you’ll see from the picture one of the touch icons is lit white. I’ve since taken off the wall and tried to unplug and reset, but there’s no switch and no apparent way to do anything other than unplug. So now I have a plain, unlit mirror for $300. Ripoff and terrible company. If they make this right, I’ll edit or take this review down. Until then, people should know this thing might be junk.

   The mirror is really good quality for the price, bright enough for a small bathroom, all buttons work perfectly fine. Brightness can be adjusted by pressing the light bulb button and leaving your finger on it but a couple seconds. There is a stain in the middle from the warning sticker that it won’t go away so it’s kind of bothering me but I hope it goes away the more I clean it. Definitely recommend buying.

   Bought this for my mom’s bathroom. The first one arrived shattered. After a few pictures of it only partially unboxed and broken the shipper replaced it with no problem. The replacement arrived quickly and packaged differently than the first. They were great to work with and mom LOVES her anti fog, makeup light mirror. Nice features and light options.
