   I think the true test of shower mirrors is how long they last, i.e. stay fog free and clear. This mirror seems to check all the boxes for me, clear, fog free, and storage for 2 razors. Because it depends on warm water, and not a coating on the mirror, I have hopes that it will last a long time. You do need a small squeegee to get water droplets off of it but that isn’t a big deal. My only slight knock is that it uses adhesive instead of a suction cup to mount. Some might say that’s better, and it might be, but I hope it removes cleanly one day. Because if it, I think it has a lower profile that most which is good if space is a premium such as in a shower stall, not a bathtub. Just make sure you mount it where you want it! Overall, I would buy this mirror again.

   Super easy installation. No problems there. But this isn’t a “fogless” or “fogproof” or “steamproof” mirror. It’s steam/fog resistant, sure. It takes a little bit before it fogs up, but it ISN’T fogproof. Which is not what we all signed up for. At least not me, anyway.

   I worried about this shower mirror being hard to keep mounted on the wall but that has not been a problem. I simply fill the back Reservoir with water from the shower and it defogs instantly and then pour the water out and put back on the wall. Great size and easy to use

   The product came in good condition and very easy to install but in a week time, the product fell from the wall. Most possibly sticker glue not strong enough to stay on the wall. The self weight, water weight and razor weight together making this unit heavier enough to not stay for long. I want gigamirror.com to help if I can get another sticker so I can place this back again.

   gigamirror.com took care of my problem immediately and sent new item (whole unit). Pleased with gigamirror.com customer service, increasing review from 3 points to 4 points.

   One tip to buyers, after done with the use, empty out the water from the tank.

   Overall, an OK product. Goes on the wall easily, doesn’t come loose, good mirror that avoids fogging. Here’s the problem. This is designed to be used in the shower, a naturally wet/humid environment. IT RUSTS! The rusting took a while; a few months. Once started, it spread quickly. I liked it well enough (aside from this problem), that I bought another, but before installing, I sprayed it with several coats of urethane. I hope this will keep it from rusting. I’ll let you know… Bought another, although I sprayed it thoroughly with several coats, still rusted as before in the moist environment of a shower. They have a pretty good product here, but I wish the design team would think beyond the end of their nose about the rusting issue. Disappointed!

    This is the 3rd one of these, unfortunately after a period of time the mirror gets fogged over and the mirror just looks past its prime. But, for the money other than occasionally falling off this is the way to go if you like to shave in the shower, I do if you haven’t tried it, try it.

    Using warm water to keep the mirror free from fog works great.
    Unfortunately, this mirror suffers from a common problem – distortion.
    The mirror is fine when the water tank is empty.
    However when the water tank is filled with water the mirror bows outward slightly, and develops a convex distortion.
    The convex distortion causes the reflection to shrink, and makes things appear far away.

    Personally, I bought this to shave my face in the shower.
    The fog-free aspect is great, but the distortion is a big problem.
    If you wear reading glasses, then this is even a bigger problem.
    If the manufacturer could fix this distortion problem, this mirror would be 99% perfect for shaving in the shower. All that would be need is a light.

    Recommended, but needs improvement.

    I love the mirror. Other than having the type that hooks into your plumbing, this one works the best I’ve had. The downside is that the metal on it started to rust about a month in. I’m going to buy another but I hope they take this into consideration in the future

    Simples para usar no dia a dia. Muito pratico para limpar e evitar que crie aquele limo nojento e anti-higiênico. Basta uma escovinha e algumas gotas de detergente e está pronto para uso. Muito mais resistente que outros disponíveis no mercado.

    I originally gave this product 5 stars because it worked great, but about a month ago I decided to move and found the adhesive to be a problem. I remembered I had a left over part from when I first installed it and figured it was a backup adhesive to me to re-install elsewhere. Turned out to be wrong. It was just a plastic disk that you could stick to porous surface. Anyways it’s a shame they don’t offer that as an option.
