When I received this out of the box it had 3 cracks in the frame. I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas and she didn’t want to send it back but I still think we should have. Not happy

I ordered two of these. One came with broken mirror and they refunded me. The other was perfect. Great mirror for the price! It is lightweight but not cheap looking.

I would have loved to give this product a great rating, but it’s packaging is a huge issue. This mirror was the perfect size, color, and style to match my daughter’s current bedroom furniture. It was exactly what she was looking for. Unfortunately, when the product arrived, I knew it was broken from the moment I picked it up from the porch. I could hear glass pieces tinkling inside the box. When I opened the box to take a closer look, I found that the mirror was completely shattered. The only packaging to protect the mirror was a thin piece of foam taped to the frame. That 1/2″ thick foam was not enough to absorb any shocks caused by shipping, and it was obvious from the packaging that if I ordered another one, it would also be damaged in shipping. This was not gigamirror.com’s fault. The blame rests with the vendor and how the vendor has chosen to package this product.
