   DO NOT BUY!! SAFTEY HAZARD!! Yes the mirror is quite heavy.i bought this for our remodeled bathroom in December. Last I heard a crash in bathroom.broken light covers and broken glass tha was on counter.the 45 degree plastic corner pieces came out of frame.i put it back together but had to use Molly’s and screws on bottom to keep it intact.stay away

    I wasn’t sure if I wanted this mirror on the back of my bathroom door or free-standing in the bedroom. Luckily this gave me the choice by having both a stand and hooks in the frame, plus it’s lightweight. I’m super happy with this mirror and it was ready to go right out of the box. It’s a great quality with no seam lines or any wobbly blemishes in the reflection. I’m happy with the purchase; money well spent.
