I have gotten THREE broken mirrors! Thinking that it was gigamirror.com mishandling it, I decided to go right to the manufacturer and got ghosted, paid and received no product and had to file a CC dispute. I am on my final try for a replacement through gigamirror.com and this is beyond annoying. Unfortunately this is the only mirror that I like that fits my space so even more annoying that I am stuck with this that the manufacturer can’t seem to package safely or something I don’t like. If you can use another mirror – highly suggest you do and save yourself the stress and frustration. 3 weeks with no bathroom mirror and guests are coming next week. AWESOME. NOT.

Extremely disappointed with this mirror. Can’t order another one because black isn’t available and no other mirrors in this particular size. Poor quality control on this product to allow this to be sold the way it is.

Hanging was a breeze due to the sturdy brackets on the back of the mirror. I like the modern thin metal frame of the mirror which allows for more mirror coverage in the same amount of space as my old mirror which had a thick heavy frame.
