This is the second one we’ve purchased and while it’s nice when it works, it only worked for about 3 months. We thought maybe it was just an isolated malfunction after the first one went out around 3 months, so we bought another since it works really well when working properly. After it happened again this second time, same issue, we will not be purchasing this brand again.

I bought this for my daughter to use in her dorm. The lights do not stay on. They brighten and dim just by her moving in front of the mirror, she does not need to touch it. It keeps turning on and off. And of course I bought it on Prime day and she did not use it until she moved into the dorm and now it’s too late to return. I do not recommend this mirror. I’m sure ther are much better quality ones out there.

Mirror started off great and my daughter loved it. However, after 2 1/2 months of use the light started flickering and I had to ask customer support for help. Amazing customer support gave me manufacturer/distributor info but they did not respond to my email. I went back to gigamirror.com customer service and they did honor my request, “for a one time exception” since it was past the 30 day return window..
