It works fine and looks good. Love the 10x magnification ability. Unfortunately it is not made to attach to an electrical box as required by building codes, which creates two problems: first the installer is expected to just “push” the electrical connections back behind the wall (fire hazard), and second the tiny drywall anchors certainly won’t stand the test of time with the weight of the mirror hanging over a foot away from the attachment point.

we needed a hard wired mirror and this one is a good value; sturdy installation and looks great. But the light could be brighter. We had a rechargeable one that was super bright and I am surprised that this one that has full power all the time is not nearly as bright. But it serves it purpose.
