   We order 2 of these for our master bathroom. These mirrors are beautiful and were easy to hang. We had our electrician hardwire then and it was overall pretty easy. I love the light they produce and just how elegant they look. My only gripe is that they have this buzzing sound when the lights are turned off. I’ve been trying to figure out if there is a way to fix it, but haven’t found anything yet. Update, I contacted the seller and they sent us the parts needed to stop the buzzing. Once we installed the new parts they were silent so upgrading my review. Super happy with the mirrors and the customer support!

   We were able to work the wiring out and hang the mirror with ease. We did buy a larger, sturdier cleat to hang it just for peace of mind. It looks great and works exactly as it should.

   (UPDATE) Customer service reached out to me. Apparently the mirror had a faulty LED Driver. They mailed me the new driver to replace the old one and there’s no more sound now! I will admit the repair was not easy (hardest parts were getting the old Driver removed from the mirror since it was glued on and getting the mirror reattached to the power). But it works now so i can fully appreciate it! Will definitely be buying from this company again in the future.

   I’ve had the mirror for a couple months now and its wonderful! It’s beautiful and the touch controls work great. However I can only give it 3 stars because the mirror makes a hissing noise constantly when it has power. At first I thought it had something to do with the plug in, but it continues to hiss even after hooking it up to the electric directly. Unfortunately I can’t get used to the sound and will need to do something about it (likely will need to look for a replacement)

   Bought this in October 2023 before I closed on my new home Nov 2023. I was scared since I went over the return time that it wouldn’t work by the time I hired an electrician to put it up in my guest bathroom. 2 days ago he put it up and I can’t say enough how pleased I am with this gorgeous mirror. It helped my 45 year old house look modern. I will definitely buy another for my master when we’re ready to remodel it. Super satisfied 100 %. Highly recommend.

   A nice illuminated mirror and anti-fog is a plus. I’ve built several illuminated mirrors with LED strip lights over the years but I couldn’t even build these for the price AND you get the anti-fog feature. Well worth the $$$ and they come packaged very well.

   Love the mirror when I installed in June. two months later it’s dead in the water. Return window closed and now they are saying it’s out of warranty. Save your money but another brand.
