   We bought this mirror in July for our bathroom reno. We tested it when it arrived by wiring it to the supplied plug, but we were planning on hard wiring it in. We were both very pleased with the mirror. The mirror was very well packaged and arrived with no damage.
   We tried to install it today, but once hard wired the mirror flashed continuously. My husband then wired it again to the plug provided and the mirror worked as intended. After much searching on the internet and calling an electrician co-worker, we determined the reason for the flashing was that we hard wired it into a dimmer switch. The mirror has a built in dimmer and ours was redundant and causing the mirror to overload in power. We just installed a regular on/off switch and the mirror works perfectly!! To dim, we’ll press the dim button on the mirror. Very pleased. I hope this helps others with the flashing problem.

   It is probably great for half bath when it comes to brightness but for full bathroom I am probably going to keep my overhead bulbs. I bought this thinking it would get super bright. Lol but it is very clean and bright when upclose. So now I understand why woman like it when doing makeup. It really does give out good light when you are in front of the mirror. As for set up it is just a couple of wires and it comes with no wire nuts or caps or electrical tape. So you will need to buy the proper things and need a wire stripper etc As of now you can see in the picture I have mine wired into the above lights. Hanging it like others have said is kinda a pain to line up the 4 holes. they do give you four drywall anchors (and that’s it) and in my opinion they are too small for the weight but seem to hold it pretty good. Plus I jam some paper behind it to get it to be snug agains the wall it was pretty hard putting it on and off many times adjusting it And I just added a very thin piece of paper so not a big gap if that makes sense. And the wire on the back of the mirror is not very long 🙁 and is coming out of the back of the mirror towards the bottom. so I just flipped mine upside down (instead of adding more wire) so unfortunately the buttons are on the top left but after thinking about it I actually thought it was a good idea so the kids can’t be messing with it lol

   When you turn the light on it is bright enough so you can put on make up and if it is in a bathroom with fog it has a small heater that clears it

   When I redid my bathroom, I wanted to mirror that lit up and also did not fog up. I love this mirror because it comes in so many different sizes. I had ordered one that was too small and I easily returned it and got this one. It looks better filling the whole space between the cabinets. I like that this one can dim, it doesn’t backlight which I did not want, and it hardwired in or it could’ve actually been plugged in. Overall, very satisfied, it looks beautiful and functions great.

    Our mirror came on time but we had to wait a couple of months to hang it due to construction delays. I called the company for help w the temperature change only to find out I didn’t have that potion (they called me back very shortly after leaving a message & it was a weekend!). The mirror was hung & a week later somehow was broken by the Electrian as he was gently adjusting it on the wall. I called Keonjinn & they agreed to not only replace it but to upgrade to add the option of temperature change without charge after I offered to pay for the upgrade! It was delivered promptly too! That’s AMAZING customer service and I would definitely buy from them again! I LOVE THE MIRROR & all the settings.

    Bathroom renovation time! The mirror looks great and seems to function well. Especially love the anti-fog feature during hot showers so the mirror won’t fog up. You can either plug it in directly to a wall outlet (cheesy if you ask me having to look at wire coming from a mirror)

    Or option B. You can hardwire the mirror into your existing electrical. I chose to hardwire it into our vanity light just above the mirror so when the bathroom light gets turned on so does the mirror. No wires no mess for a cleaner finish.

    The LED built into the mirror is dimmable and goes fairly bright. However, it wouldn’t give off enough light for the entire room so don’t rely on it to be your only source of bathroom light.
