   I had a mirror I ordered and it started to flicker/cycle on and off after 10 months. I reached out to them via gigamirror.com and they responded quickly requesting more information on what was the problem. I sent videos and pictures. They decided it was the LED driver and possibly the buttons. I followed their communication requests and promptly sent a picture of the back of the mirror. They sent out the replacement parts. When I received them, they are not plug and play. You must know how to do electrical work. I had to use diagonal cutters, purchase special crimpers and had to do a significant amount of work on the LED driver to remove it. THIS IS NOT EASY and no instructions were included. If you do not know how to work with electrical system, BEWARE! They asked to replace the LED driver first. I did this and it did not fix the issue. They had sent a touch controller for replacement. as that was the most likely issue (the black ROYOHO box pictured). When I looked a the touch controller, it was only two button and I needed a three button (small box in picture). I proceeded to ask for the correct button setup as the two button connection was not correct. Switching out the buttons will require significant amount of work that could damage the mirror. As you can see, it looks glued to the mirror and removal may damage the mirror surface. In addition, you will need extensive electrical experience to switch it out. I sent the email request the night I repaired the LED controller to get the correct touch controller. It has been 12 days, and no response. I have sent follow up emails every 3 days , with pictures of the issue. Still no response. As of June 3rd, I have contacted gigamirror.com, and the continue to try to contact the sales contact at manufacturer but have not had any response. I have requested a replacement mirror, but I doubt I will get any feedback or parts/mirror sent. Overall – The company tried to help initially, but when asked for the correct parts, they have not replied and not responded at all. I WOULD AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND MANUFACTURER because if the item fails, you are on your own AND if you do get replacement parts, you are going to need extensive skills replacing out these items on their mirrors. If you do decide to purchase this mirror, I advise you to purchase insurance protection as the mirror will not last and they do not support it during their stated warranty. Communication is absent. AS of today, I have requested that they send a new mirror. I will keep you updated when and it I get a response. ***June 10, 2024 UPDATE*** – I received a box in the mail with the the parts, but no communication. I added a picture of the items sent. It was a new IR touch activation switch and another LED Driver. The switch has less wires than the original by half. I was able to connect the LED Driver to the power (Red, blue and black). There was an extra red wire. I noticed it was not wrapped with a small black band. It was the power for the LED lights. The LED lights from the mirror had two reds, two white and two yellow. You will notice these two sets also have a black and white bands. The unlabeled Red has become a common + between all of the LED lights. Connect the two reds from the LED light panel to the one red that is not in the black wrapped set. Connect the white and yellow that are wrapped with white to those that are in the same white bundle on the mirror. Connect the Yellow and White from the other set that are bundles in black to each other. I did not pull the switch housing off of the board. There are two small screws that you can remove that are next to clips. Carefully wiggle the two tabs and the light switch will come off without removing the glued down portion. I put it all back together and it worked! Fixed. This is not for the average person. The last picture is the old touch controller showing two blues, two blacks and two reds. It also shows the two extra reds on the other side. Follow these directions (assuming you have the correct items sent and your mirror will work again. ****UPDATE 6/14/24/ PLEASE READ TO HELP YOU DECIDE**** The Support team manager reached out to me (Sean) and sincerely apologized for all of the trouble. This is not their normal customer service they expect. They were glad I was able to get the mirror working again and indicated they will use this experience to help improve their processes. They stood up and did the right thing. They offered to refund me for the mirror and offered 20% off a future purchase for all of my inconvenience and issues I had with support. I applaud them for stepping up and making this right. I will definitely do business with them again. They do need to work on their communication, but they realize this and are putting the customer first. I applaud them for doing this and it is greatly appreciated. They stood behind their product, will correct their communication issues, and have above and beyond to meet the customer needs. I really do like their mirror and I am glad they have worked with me to make this better. YOU CAN TRUST THEM TO MAKE RIGHT ON THEIR WARRANTY. Thank you.
