   Edit! I am changing my review to 5 stars because the company’s customer service responded so quickly and offered me a replacement to make up for the missing function of the lights. Now very happy with this experience!

   I really wanted to love this mirror because it was so pretty and the perfect size for my dorm, but as soon as I opened it and set it up, I noticed the lights only stay on for a maximum of 5 seconds before flickering and dying. I’m not touching the power button or the wire, so I don’t even know how to fix it. Besides that, it’s a good quality mirror. The wire is a little flimsy but that’s not too bad. It’s too late for me to look for another mirror because I’m moving into college out of state in another week. The mirror itself is clear and I can use it, but I feel like I wasted my money. I wish mine worked 100% am trying to reach out to the seller to troubleshoot. Maybe it’s a problem with the wiring, because as you can see in the video the wire was untouched. Will update this if I can get a response from them.

   I was so excited to receive my new vanity mirror but it was absolutely shattered. I clicked to return it and it says a refund is processing. I will have to order it again once it does and im hoping the second one doesnt arrive broken again. It was the perfect size and looked beautiful but i think they need to protect it more with the packaging since the shipping companies dont care and throw it around even though it says fragile. Update: The seller sent me a new vanity mirror, this second one arrived perfect. I love it so much!! I enjoy the charging plugs on the side to charge my phone or watch while i get ready. The speaker is fun to use if getting ready with friends. The light bulbs are magnetic which is pretty cool and easy to put together. I love how you can change the light to cool, warm or neutral and increase/decrease the power. Overral the mirror looks modern, feels high quality and im so happy with my purchase. I also recommend this size!

   The mirror is really cool, but who ever designed the assembly process needs to rethink! The screws to put the base on come already screwed into the mirror. WHY? They were screwed in so tight and the screw driver provided was not large enought to grip the screws. Usually that will end in stripping out the screws. I could only get one screw out successfully causing a great deal of frustration. The others had to be removed with a drill. Not part of the assembly instructions/tools. It would have been better to package the screws rather than put them in the mirror and direct the buyer to remove then put them back in through the base.
