I bought this mirror for a new bathroom addition and it has no windows so we leave the LED back lights on all day since in installed it in June of 2021 I love it and we get a lot of positive feedback on it. Just recently we had some power outages and it stopped working. I emailed the company and they responded very quickly with clear a list of questions. When I responded with the answers they got back to me same day and said they were shipping the needed parts. They came in 4 days and took 10 minutes to put them in with all plug and play connectors. I would highly recommend this company and any of their mirrors.

I really wish I could write a better review but this company and product is very disappointing. I loved mirror and bought 2 of them for my new built construction home. Shortly after installing them the driver for the backlit mirror went out. Lights out. I contacted the company and initially they seemed to want to help. They had me take pictures of the driver which involved dismounting this 76” mirror. I followed all of their instructions to the T and they wanted more pictures of something that wasn’t there. After several emails back and forth they went silent. Now I have 2 of these mirrors that are not working and no recourse.
