   I am honestly obsessed with this mirror (although a little offended at the imperfections that it shows off from the amazing magnification haha). I love the lighting options and that it charges so you don’t always have to have it plugged in. I love the sleek matte black design and the fact that the base screws off if you want to pack it up for travel. I highly recommend this mirror!

   My only dislike with this mirror is that the light has never worked for me, no matter what cable I used to charge it. Otherwise, it’s an INCREDIBLE design and I’m so happy with it. It’s super sleek, and the base tray is so convenient. I wish it’d come in white or pink as well!

   I just received this mirror yesterday and I really wanted to love it. Unfortunately, the quality is too poor to keep. 1) There is a small crack in the base where the mirror connects to it (see pic), 2) grooves are all rusted on the outside and inside of the base and stand, 3) the light in the mirror is SO dim that it literally serves no purpose. I’m returning this item and I’m back to searching for another. 😥

   I purchased this item twice. The first one it died after one year. The second one died after 3 months. In both cases, the return window closed before I could return or exchange it, which makes me wonder if they know this flaw is built-in and therefore only allow a two month return window. Needless to say, I won’t be purchasing anything from this company again. It’s unfortunate because I really like the mirror otherwise.

   Edited to add: I used the charging cord that came with it and charged it for 24 hours (for both mirrors) and it just wouldn’t charge. The support page says to the press reset button but there is no reset button on this model.

   Love the 3x side and different light brightnesses. Like the tray on the bottom to store items. One downside is that it is a little unstable so I added some felt pads to make it level on our counter.

   I bought two of these mirrors one for each of my homes and I thought the battery was weak as I would have to charge it quite often. Well now one of them stopped charging at all. The other one is newer and still works. I am VERY disappointed as I liked the aesthetic look of the mirror but will purchase a new one somewhere else.

    This light is a good price and quality. Not too big or heavy. Fits just right on my vanity and good height. I just got it so can’t speak to how long it will last. Charged it overnight so I’ll see how long a charge lasts. I like the 3 light options and ability to adjust brightness of each setting. The magnification is strong. I’m happy I purchased it.

    While this makeup mirror is wonderful when it is charged, it defeats the purpose of being a rechargeable item when the battery won’t maintain a charge. I purchased it in March of 2022. It is now December of 2023, and I have had to plug it in for a couple of months. If you want an item for a short term; i.e. 1 and 1/2 years, it’s great! I purchased this to last and was very disappointed that it did not. I do not recall seeing the reviews about the battery life until I went to write this review.
