   Love the frame. However, the inside packaging was extremely inadequate. Both mirrors arrived shattered. Now I’m required to send shattered mirror back to receive refund. Not happy.

   Loved the style, construction and quality of the mirror. My only complaint is after drilling holes in the wall to hang the mirror, we found that the mounting hardware on the mirror itself was off 1/4 inch comparing one side to the other. This of course caused the mirror to be unlevel on the wall. Had to redrill holes and patch incorrect ones. Manufacturing error that was not caught by their quality control department.

   This mirror is the right size for my bathroom and I liked that iit is a natural color. The reason I only gave it a 4 star is that there is a very tiny chip in the wood. It was not noticeable until the mirror was hung. It is in the interior portion of the wood and can be seen only in mirror reflection. Otherwise, it is a beautiful mirror
