   I love this mirror, especially the 15X spot. It is so much easier to do makeup and see detail. The hardest part about installing this light was cutting the hole. Now my countertop mirror is obsolete and I have my counter space back.

   My wife told me she wanted one of the mirrors they have in the hotel bathrooms with the magnification and the light. We’re entering our late 40’s and eyesight isn’t what it used to be. So I researched and landed on this vanity mirror with LED ring. I decided to try installing it myself. It took me several hours… splicing and running the power from an existing nearby outlet down inside the wall, into the back of the bathroom vanity cabinet, across and then back up into the wall and out to the mirror mounting location. I also found I needed to add 4 more drywall anchors (there are only 2 supplied) to make the mounting ring secure. My best advice is, if you have experience with this type of work, go ahead and give it a shot. If not, do yourself a favour and get it installed by a professional. In the end, I am happy with the finished product. It’s close to fancy hotel bathroom quality… there are a couple minor imperfections / blemishes in the LED. I disagree with some reviews that say the LED is not bright enough or that it’s too blue. The one we got is on the cooler end of the temperature spectrum, but I think it’s fine. And it’s WAY bright enough, especially if you have other light sources in the bathroom. Most importantly, my wife LOVES it. Installed before Christmas? 100 Hubby points for me 😉

   The mirror is really practical with three different powers of magnification. It extends out on levered arm that is sturdy and easy to move. Hotel quality. The light is a turn switch which is easy to rotate on and off. Great value and I would buy it again.

   I researched a lot of these mirrors and this was my winner. It looks great, has 2 sides that work well. The lighting on it isn’t the greatest, but I didn’t expect much on that anyway, so it’s not a problem or deal breaker. I Love the way it looks and works!

   This is by far the coolest makeup mirror. It lights up nicely, has a regular mirror on one side, a 10x magnification on the other, and a small 15x magnification mirror at the bottom. I was able to shave without glasses for the first time in 15 years. My wife insisted that I get one as she loved it also. At the time of this review, I had not installed it yet – but I will soon. My review is based on our experience with this product while we were on vacation.
