   This mirror is great! It lights up the room and the different colors give off a great mood! It is big and bulky but worth it. I did have two problems with it. One is the piece holding it to the wall slowly came loose. One side fell but the other part held and I was able to save it from falling off the wall. I epoxied the piece back on and the other part too for safety and haven’t had any problems since. The other downer is that the extra features controlled by your phone only works for iPhone. My wife and I have Samsung phones:( Still this mirror is totally worth too much money! Ours is in the bathroom that faces the front door and people walking by when our door is open love it!

   Honestly I love this product to death and I bought it fully knowing the app wasn’t the best, but i can still change the color of the light to whatever color on the color wheel and the has some preset color changing things you can change for a nice ambiance in the room. The mic section of the app is pointless and will just randomly change color even if theres dead silence and I couldn’t get music exported to the app but others have said the light doesn’t really change with the music. it seems like theres room for improvement on the app but thats free and the product itself is high quality and worth the money. Edit: I came back to say I still love this and I gave it 5 stars regardless because the app isn’t really an issue, but just to let people know, the back is held up with double sided sticky foam tape that will not hold up. My mirror fell, but i had a lot of laundry in front of it because I was rearranging my room and it works perfectly good still. I took gorilla glue and put the plastic pieces that the screws hung on back on with it and it has held up for almost a whole year, hasn’t fallen at all or threatened to. If you buy this, literally take those off and re glue them because they will come undone on their own.

   I bought this HK mirror 4/4/21 and one day about a month ago it was going to fall off my wall. I heard something slowly screeching. I kept looking around than i remembered another review i read here on gigamirror.com saying she bought the mirror and it fell and broke. I was always aware that this might happen and sure enough it did. My mirror slid off my wall and i caught it. Thank god i caught it. The mirror was perfect and so cute. I love all the different light colors and you can change the light brightness to darker from the Impressions app on your phone. I love the pink color. My boyfriend likes the blue and i made it red for Valentines Day. The back of the mirror is the problem and defect. Double sided sticky tape holding it together. No wonder it broke. Plastic on a slightly moderately heavy mirror is not the best for this so cute mirror. So sad that it broke. It’s sitting on my floor. My mirror and i are sad lol. I love my Hello Kitty mirror and i love most things HK!
   All my jackets have HK on them and other things lol. She is sooo freggin cuteeee!
   I wish i can use my mirror. I wish i can get a replacement 🙁
   It’s a crying shame! Other than that the mirror is great and the price could of been better.

   This product is very beautiful. but i have to returned it because the lights of the mirror were not working. apart from that the seller send me the returned document with not issues. after that i need to wait for the money back. I will purchase this product from this website. and I hope the mirror works. please remember you selling a product to Australia and the power cable is from USA not from Australia. so you will need to by an Australian adaptor for the power cable.
