Our box came with no instructions and no power cord (if it even needs a power cord?) The mirror appears to be good quality but since I did not immediately open the box because it was for my daughter’s dorm I didn’t notice that instructions and pieces were missing and I am now out of the return window. My advice is open your box and check it thoroughly, you may be getting someone else’s return branded as new.
