Didn’t receive a Fenchilin brand vanity mirror as specified. It is a nice mirror. It has no brand name on the box, it was just written « Mirror » on it.

I’m very impressed this mirror. Looks great and seems to be great quality. Only complaint, and the reason I’m giving 4 stars vs 5, mine initially came without the plug adaptor. I tried to reach out to company to see if they could mail it to me as I’d already put it together. Appears there’s zero customer service because every time I called it put me through a ton of phone options but never got to talk to a person. The call actually hung up on me 3x. Frustrating. Also, I wanted to do a ‘straight exchange’ since I got such a great deal for Black Friday but ended up having to do a return and repurchase so I paid $12 more. Again, frustrating. BUT it’s still a great price and very nice mirror!
