   After reading a couple mixed reviews I was worried about ordering, but didn’t need to be. What you get are five mirrored pieces glued closely together on a smooth wooden frame that has been painted to look metallic silver. You only see the frame from the sides and a slight indent on the main middle mirror (the main mirror is set back a fraction of an inch from the sides). All are beveled and reflective. About 20-25 pounds. I used 20 pound picture wire to hang, doubled up to be stronger. Looks great in our bathroom, very classy and worth the value compared to that store with lamps and mirrors that charge double or more.

   My daughter redid her small bathroom and looked for a loooong time for the perfect mirror – this is it! The edges are timeless, unlike present-day framed mirrors, which will go out of style quickly.
   Mirror was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

   Pros: Arrived quickly Packaged extremely well Heavy (30.9lbs) Hangers seem sturdy (we’ll see) Not ugly Price was “ok” Cons: The face of the mirror is not flush all around. The center section is recessed. To me, that makes it look cheaper and of lower quality. Also, where it is recessed, it has a slight scratch and you can see where the outer pieces were glued on and there is a bit of a gap in some places (also why it looks cheap). The heaviness is good and bad. The thing that most upset me is that I set the mirror on the bed while I prepped the anchors and some kind of oily substance was left behind on the comforter! I was not expecting ANY glue or oil to come out of the back of the mirror. The back is covered in paper. Make sure you use 50lb anchors as an extra security measure. This mirror is heavy and you don’t want it to pull away from the wall and fall.

   I’ve been a Designer for many years, and this is a Beautiful mirror I installed in my own home, but would also feel confident to use it in a clients home.    I highly recommend this mirror. It’s very well made & is as pictured. I was worried about the corners & edges not being seamed well but they are. I ordered the wrong size but kept it to hang in a different spot. I have the right size for my guest bath & love it! I’ve gotten compliments on it. Packaged well & both mirrors arrived unbroken. You need picture wire on the back to install but it’s simple. Great mirror!

   We like this mirror a lot. But delivery and customer service has been a nightmare!. Starting with UPS, this was shipped from Massachusetts to Chicago where I iive, but not delivered. Tracking history, it went from Chicagon — which again is where I live — to the Chicago suburbs, then back to the city, they back to the suburbs, then back to the city, then back to Massachusetts. Then i got a notice that it may be lost. So, I ordered it again from the same company, it was delivered without drama and i like it. Its beautiful and good value for the money. However, I haven’t been refunded for the lost mirror, despite two promises from gigamirror.com via chat that it would be. Then 2 days ago, the lost package was delivered. Another chat with gigamirror.com, another promise of a refund and a promise that UPS would pick it up on the next business day. Well its now 2 business days, its still here and I’m still not refunded. Just talked by phone with gigamirror.com, who won’t refund now until its picked up by UPS. Bottom line: 1) gigamirror.com should side with its customers when orders get screwed up to this extent for this long, not make us wait or waste our time chasing down refunds, 2) the company that distributes this product should seriously complain to UPS about the craziness of this tracking history.

   As others have said, the side beveled mirror sections are not glued on well. Crooked and with gaps between them and the main mirror. Also mounting brackets are uneven meaning it must be purposely mounted off level.

   We ordered three mirrors and two were passable, one not. Called the manufacturers 800 number provided by gigamirror.com and they simply said to send the defective mirror back to gigamirror.com.
