We’re very happy with the mirror. It’s beautiful and well made.
Delivery, however, was a nightmare. UPS and their local delivery agent, StarTrak, tried to deliver when i wasn’t home (with no pre-notice) and then kept pushing me from one to the other to find out where it was and how to rearrange delivery. And the online portal info was completely wrong and misleading. I spent three days waiting at home and having one frustrating phone call after another with UPS and Starttrak.
