   We had 2 of these mirrors sent to us and both came with broken mirrors!! There is obviously a packing issue! Do not buy! It is beautiful, but now we are having to pack it up and send back in the middle of a move!

   Beautiful and exactly what it looked like in the picture. Only issue is there is a small mark (imperfection) in the glass. I can’t return it because I no longer kept the packing.

   Despite the reviews and unfortunate shipping complications for other buyers, this mirror arrived days before schedule delivery with double box and packing materials. It’s beautiful and I cannot wait to get it hung up! It’s worth the gamble on purchasing. I’ve wanted it for years and decided to purchase while it was on sale incase it did arrive damaged; I would have gotten a mirror custom cut to still have the driftwood frame.

   I like the frame but, the mirror was smashed and not usable. gigamirror.com refunded my money and, since the frame was still good I had a glass place put in a new mirror. Looks good and ended up costing me a bit more for just the mirror section replacement than the total for the original order. But, I really liked the wood frame and gigamirror.com was certainly fair; they had experienced the problem on other orders.

   Mirror came cracked and in pieces. We agreed to buy it again. Now the status of replacement mirror is constantly on delay. Will we get a replacement mirror soon? We have no problem returning the cracked one if needed. We were told that we did not need to return item. Please give us a delivery date asap.
