The mirror looks perfect in our updated bathroom. The first one we received was imperfect: two of the corners were not attached. The exchange process was incredibly easy. The second one looks great and we hung it immediately. Both mirrors were packaged incredibly well. Our UPS driver literally threw the box of the second one onto our cement porch and we thought for sure it would be broken. But it held up great!

We purchased this mirror on 9/12/2020. This morning my wife and I heard a very loud noise in the house. We came downstairs to the dinning room and saw the mirror had dropped to the floor today 7/18/2021. The mirror detached from the hooks that were parts of the mirror, not the nails we put in the wall. It has not even been one year since we purchased the mirror. The nails we put into the walls held up fine. The hooks that were parts of the mirror were faulty and defected, so the weight of the mirror caused it to detach from their hooks and drop! This caused extensive damage to the hardwood floor and white molding /trims on the wall which we recently painted!
