Pros: Well made, good quality. 5x magnification, perfect for shaving and makeup. Touch switch for light on base (no hunting for it on the mirror). Easy installation. Light dims when switch is held. Customer Service is great! They responded quickly to my questions and concerns and offered information regarding future plans for improvements.
Cons: Indicator lights when charging, but so dim it can only be seen in a dark room. Biggest con is that the charging port is an aux connector, not USB C. Another cable added to the collection…
Hoping the manufacturer updates the charging port in the near future to correct these minor shortcomings.

Now to a review: Since the battery was not working I tried to buy a different mirror from a different seller but when it arrived it was not as nice as the this one RECKODOR Rechargeable Wall Mounted 1X/5X Magnifying Bathroom Makeup so I returned the new one and that’s why I was trying to contact the seller about the battery.
This is a perfect mirror for me and with a new battery I will be using it for a while.
