The mirror is great quality but the LED and/or driver failed just under a year of use. Mine no longer turns on and the mirror gets hot to touch which leads me to believe the electrical driver failed. I’ve unplugged mine to be safe. Tried a few times to contact customer service directly through their website, but nobody ever answers.
If you do purchase, just beware you what you pay for. It may only work for a short period of time.
