   I LOVE this mirror. The button really works so the mirror doesn’t fog up during showers, it’s so beautiful, was pretty easy to install, really classes up the bathroom overall. I would definitely buy it again. Now down to the bad. It didn’t come with everything we needed, it was missing these certain screws, I had to get tile screws. If it was on a wall, I would have had everything I needed, but considering this is a bathroom mirror, I’d assume they would provide that, or give the option to pay more money to get a tile screw kit. I spent an hour getting the runaround at Lowes trying to figure out what to do – if you run into this problem, we bought concrete screws and that worked. Bring the screw to the store to make sure it will fit because it was really hard to find. Another problem I’m having is that my switch isn’t a dimmer. When the mirror was installed, something got a little messed up and it got stuck at a point where the lights around the mirror are REALLY dim and I have to take the mirror apart to fix it, which I haven’t done yet. Overall, I’d recommend getting a professional to install it if you’re putting it on tile. My husband did it, but it’s had its issues and I kind of wish I had gotten a professional. But the price is really good, the mirror is gorgous, and if it had been installed the right way by someone who knew what they were doing and the correct screws had been provided, this would definitely be a 5 star.

   We has low expectations for this mirror after reading some of the reviews. Boy were we wrong! The mirror arrived in pristine condition and looked fabulous!
   All the functions worked as advertised. Great price for the mirror same price as a non led mirror.. We’ve had this mirror for three weeks now so far, can’t find any faults with this mirror. There is only one problem there is no support/contact information on the company. Who do We contact if there’s a problem with the mirror?

    It’s a fine addition to my bath remodel. The light is not bright enough to illuminate the room by itself, but I didn’t expect that it would. Lighting that bright would be distracting that close to your face. Instead, it provides nice ambient lighting where you need it, with several different shades to choose from. I recommend that you plug it into a switched outlet concealed behind the mirror. That way, you don’t have to actuate the on/off button on the mirror’s surface every time. The mirror remembers the last setting.

    Over all it’s worth the price. It isn’t very heavy so it was easy to put on the wall. I didn’t know that this mirror does not come with a plug 🔌 in for the wall. It is set up to where you have to wire it directly to an outlet or you can do what I did and connect the wires to a plug just match the negative and positive wires together so I didn’t have to wire it to my outlet. The mirror is not very bright but it’s still very nice. I’m happy with this purchase.

    This is a very high quality mirror with LED. I was pleasantly surprised by its build quality, finish, smoothness of control buttons and operations. This 48”x 32” mirror is priced right but looks more expensive than its price. The functions that change color temp and brightness are very useful which allow us to set it up the exact way we want. We had this mirror installed vertically, which makes our small powder room look and feel more luxurious. My wife and I love it so much. We’ve had it installed for over 6 months and it has been working fine with no issues.

    Would highly recommend it.
