We bought this mirror for a bathroom remodeling project in our home. Everything was great when installed in May 2024, but in November 2024 the light would only work in dimmed mode. I tried adjusting brightness with button on mirror, but no luck. Light only works in lowest dim mode now. I’m corresponding with company to see if they will repair the issue or replace the mirror. Updated on 12/16/24, replacement mirror delivered as promised. I installed it with no issues. Great response from their customer service.

I bought this for a vanity I built for a friends daughter and I was very impressed. The mirror is clear with no distortion of your reflection and the lighting on is the perfect brightness to be able to see everything without it starting to blind you. I’m not sure about the anti fog option as it was install is her bedroom instead of a bathroom. The controls are very responsive and work perfectly. Mounting was easy just use a level to mark the line screw in the the 2 hanging brackets and hook it in place took maybe 3 minutes after unboxing and having everything on hand. If I ever need another vanity mirror this will definitely be the one I buy.

The mirror arrived in unharmed and working as expected. The company reaches out to ensure the delivery experience was good. The mirror dimensions were a fraction longer than the listed one. The led lights are bright and the defog mechanism keeps the center 1/3 of the mirror clean. I was expecting it to work on the whole mirror but the center third is sufficient for my use.
