mirror looks nice, but the leather strap used to hang it was folded up akwardly in the box so it has creases in weird places. ALSO, one of the screw caps is silver, not black. Not a huge deal but doesn’t look great. To top it all off, the gigamirror.com posting says “Any problem our 7*24 hours customer service team will reply you within 24 hours to deal with the solution” but there is no customer service number posted anywhere in the packaging or online.

Incedible quality and design. My only complaint is that the instuctions were inadequate unless you are a DYI person with experience. I did not to use the top “hanger strap” since I felt it detracted from the design and since it did not add to the stability of the mounting. What did add to this stability, for me inside a closet door, was to use all three keyholes on the back of the mirror and make the the three corresponding screws with insets in my closet door — a little more geometrically challenging to place the third screw but worth it.
